Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is strictly limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot and will not offer refunds or exchanges, regardless of circumstances, including products lost during shipping.
Return Eligibility
For your item to be eligible for a return within this 30-day period, it must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Goods
Please note that certain goods are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health and personal care items
Return Process
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Books with visible usage
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed, and a credit is applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notice
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or claimed to be lost. No refunds will be issued for items not received within the 30-day return period, irrespective of shipping issues.
