Shipping and Distribution Information

Invisible Empire Publishing LLC utilizes multiple distribution centers strategically located across the United States to effectively fulfill your orders:

Northwest Distribution Center: Responsible for shipping all books published by Invisible Empire Publishing LLC.
Midwest Distribution Center (Affiliated Partner: Team Europa LLC): Handles shipping for all Europa 4K Blu-rays and Europa-branded merchandise.
Southeast Distribution Center: Manages the shipment of all merchandise such as posters, coasters, busts, and other related items.

Due to this specialized distribution arrangement, customers must place separate orders for each product category. Specifically, books, Europa products, and merchandise must each be ordered independently and cannot be combined into a single order.

Order processing, including product pickup and drop-off at the postal facility, occurs either on the same day or within the same business week, depending on current order volume. This approach ensures accuracy and timely handling of all orders. Shipping durations may vary depending on your location within the United States; however, customers can generally expect delivery within 1-2 weeks from the date of shipment—not from the date of purchase. Customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as the shipping label is generated.

Terms and Conditions

All customers are required to carefully read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions, particularly regarding shipping responsibilities. Invisible Empire Publishing LLC does not offer refunds on products after 30 days from the date of shipment, except under extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances.
